  • Part 1: Discovering the Need for Technology (Mike Winters): At Bank of America, we introduced our Teammate Voices platform to gain real-time insights and feedback for The Academy, helping us continuously improve our programming. Through Teammate Voices, our teammates expressed the desire for technology-driven training and development tools that provide a hands-on, immersive and flexible learning experience. In this session, you’ll hear from Mike Winters about how Teammate Voices successfully informs the implementation of necessary changes by embracing feedback from the most important asset – our teammates.
  •  Part 2: Technology Development and Implementation (Mike Wynn): Getting concrete, actionable feedback from our employees allowed us to explore new, innovative technology. This expansion of our learning program led to unique, game-changing benefits, particularly helping teammates build and retain new skills by replicating real-life scenarios. In this session, you’ll hear how The Academy at Bank of America tapped into the power of immersive learning by developing training programs that utilize virtual reality (VR), artificial intelligence (AI) and simulators.
